It is important for the buyer to read through the items descriptions and ask any questions before purchasing. We do not accept any exchanges or returns at this time for numerous reasons. *For the safety of other pets, we cannot resell an item that your pet has tried on or has been out in a home with other live animals. *Every item in our shop is handmade to your order specifications and therefore is a custom-made product designed specifically for your pup. We would be unable to resell the item quickly given that it is designed in the colors that you want and sized for your dog. We DO NOT have ready-made items sitting on our shelves waiting to be purchased like a big box store. Your items will be made once you complete your purchase. *We donate 1-5% of every sale to non-profit rescues and returns or exchanges take away from that donation amount. However, if there is an issue with your order, please email me and I will review the issue to get it resolved. Please do not ship anything back to the address on the envelope, you must reach out to us first. Thank you for your understanding.

If your item arrives and does not fit or is not the color, you were expecting, we can offer a one-time discount code so that you can re-order the item at a discount in the correct size or colors needed. Please contact within 10 days of your order being delivered. Code will only be valid for the same style collar or leash and can only be used once.

Please see our UPCYCLE HOUND page for information regarding reusing your hardware for a discount on a new item or a repair. Crystals, studs, gemstones and embellishments cannot be recycled/reused.
