Processing + Shipping

Our current processing time varies throughout the year and will be posted in the top banner on the home page. This time does not include the shipping time (package in transit). Each order is handmade from start to finish once you place your order, and we need this time to skillfully craft & prepare your order. Larger orders or embellished collar orders will, on average, take longer to craft.

Domestic orders: 

Estimated to arrive within 1-5 business days depending on shipping method chosen at checkout. *Does not include the time I need to prepare the order.

International Orders: 

Shipping times vary between 2-4 weeks depending on location and customs. Once an international package leaves the domestic US, tracking may not update until the package is delivered. Harbor Hound Co. does not have any additional tracking information on your package whereabouts than what you see on your tracking information. We ship worldwide via USPS mail but are currently unable to ship to the EU.

Customs and import taxes on International Orders:  

Please be aware of import duties, fees and taxes in your country before placing an order. Harbor Hound Co. is not responsible for these charges, and we cannot refund an order held at customs or returned to the US for lack of fee payment. Harbor Hound Co. is not responsible for any shipping delay due to customs. 

USPS & UPS Tracking:

Once your order has been packaged and labeled, you will receive your shipping notification via email. Please allow 1-2 additional business days for your tracking to update while your items are delivered to the post office. 

Harbor Hound Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Additional insurance can be selected at checkout when you select your shipping provider preference. Insurance is through USPS, not Harbor Hound Co.  If for any reason a package is returned to us, we will send notification via email to the address on file, additional shipping charges may apply.

Route Package Protection:

We also offer Route+ as an optional parcel insurance and is optional to purchase at checkout. This insurance will be added to your cart automatically and will increase or decrease depending on the items added and removed from the cart. Simply remove Route+ from your cart if you do not wish to take advantage of the added package protection. Route+ is a separate company from Harbor Hound Co. If for any reason you do not receive your package AFTER it has shipped, you can file a claim with Route+ to recover or replace the package according to their policies. If you purchased Route Package Protection, please click here to resolve an issue (claim can only be filed after package has shipped).
